Jayna Whitt serves as Concierge Counsel for select private clients with complex issues.

Jayna's primary background is in IP licensing and patent litigation, including over 15 years of in-house experience at Apple Inc.

Jayna served for over a decade at Apple as the Director of Patent Litigation and the Director of IP Transactions. She managed the “thermonuclear” mobile wars with unmatched innovation and creativity in her approach and results.

She managed one of the fastest growing and largest corporate patent litigation dockets and budgets but also negotiated hundreds of patent licenses and settlements.

Having served as Apple's corporate designee to testify in a number of patent litigations, Jayna is highly qualified as an expert consultant and witness.

Jayna also has personally navigated a divorce litigation that lasted over 8 years and ended in victory.

In 2019, Jayna was selected as the Asian Law Alliance's Business Impact Honoree.
